Shipping Policy
- Tracking numbers are available as soon as they are created and processed.
- We do not offer local pick-ups. All orders are shipped directly from our processing facilities.
- Items are shipped depending on location of the customer as well as the location of the item stock.
- Once a purchase is placed, we cannot accommodate for any address changes.
- We are unable to ship any item(s) to P.O. Box address. Buyer must provide physical address when ordering. Please note that we are not responsible for any kind of delay if P.O. Box address or any other undeliverable addresses were provided.
- Shipping paid is NON refundable as the shipping fee you paid is shipped to you. Unless item arrives damaged or defective photos must be provided upon delivery and or first use within 10 days of delivery. Outside of the time frame window may not qualify for a refund of the shipping paid.
